Key Responsibilities

• Design and recommend end-to-end solution architectures and implementation roadmaps
• Provide technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle
• Analyze, debug, and optimize the performance of deployed solutions
• Define, document, and promote architectural best practices and standards
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams, project managers, and stakeholders
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams on technical decisions

Profile & Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent technical background
• Proven experience in solution architecture, project delivery, and technical leadership
• Strong expertise in Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate) and frontend technologies (Angular, JavaScript)
• Solid knowledge of Elasticsearch and PostgreSQL
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle and cloud-based solution delivery
• Deep knowledge of modern software engineering principles and best practices
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong decision-making, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Comfortable using AI tools to support architecture design, performance analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and technical decision-making
