Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate new software functionalities
• Contribute to technical design and architectural discussions
• Ensure code quality and adherence to modern development best practices
• Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance
• Produce clear technical documentation for developed features
• Monitor technology trends and propose improvements
• Participate in the continuous improvement of development processes and tools
• Work collaboratively within Agile teams

Profile & Requirements

• Engineering degree in Computer Science or related field
• Significant experience in software development, ideally in software publishing or large-scale systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software architecture
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Integration, Spring Security, Hibernate/JPA, and Angular
• Good knowledge of Elasticsearch and PostgreSQL
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical decisions
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
• Comfortable using AI tools to support development activities, including code assistance, refactoring, testing, documentation, and productivity enhancement
