Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing systems and model business processes to identify optimization opportunities
• Lead functional workshops to gather and structure client requirements
• Produce clear and detailed functional specifications
• Support and monitor project execution in coordination with delivery teams
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage follow-up actions
• Support change management initiatives and deliver user and administrator training
• Prepare training materials and functional documentation

Profile & Requirements

• Master’s degree in Software Engineering or a related technical field
• Strong understanding of functional analysis and process modeling methodologies
• Solid technical foundation including:

Java/JEE (basic)
SQL / PL-SQL (intermediate)
Web technologies: JavaScript (basic), Tomcat (basic)

• Familiarity with tools such as Alfresco, JasperReports, Activiti, LDAP is a plus
• Excellent analytical, communication, and synthesis skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse business environments and complex requirements
• Comfortable using AI tools to support requirements analysis, process modeling, documentation, UAT preparation, training content creation, and productivity optimization
