Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track project delivery progress, both internally and with clients
• Follow up on project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
• Prepare and maintain meeting minutes, action plans, and project status reports
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (Product, Development, QA, Delivery, Support)
• Support project managers in identifying risks, deviations, and corrective actions
• Contribute to the structuring and continuous improvement of PMO practices, tools, and reporting
• Ensure consistency and quality of project documentation and governance

Profile & Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a related technical field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a PMO or project coordination role
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
• Good understanding of software development environments, ideally in FinTech or regulated contexts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
• Ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong collaborative mindset in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Comfortable using AI tools to support project tracking, reporting automation, risk analysis, decision support, and productivity optimization
