Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the development team on technical matters
- Guide the team through complex technical challenges and architectural decisions
- Contribute to technology choices, solution design, and development
- Ensure code quality and adherence to modern development best practices
- Plan workloads, schedules, and effort estimations
- Actively participate in the development of new software functionalities
- Promote continuous improvement of engineering practices and processes
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Support the growth and development of junior engineers
- Contribute to technical interviews and recruitment activities
Profile & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Java / JEE development
- Strong expertise in Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate) and modern frontend technologies (Angular, TypeScript)
- Good knowledge of Elasticsearch and PostgreSQL
- Strong computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, software design, distributed systems)
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and guide team members effectively
- Experience leading or mentoring development teams
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and decision-making skills
Comfortable using AI tools to enhance development workflows, code quality, design decisions, troubleshooting, documentation, and team productivity - Comfortable working in Agile environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and decisions
- Strong technical curiosity and continuous learning mindset
